Conference Dates: February 12–13, 2026
Location: Hilton Garden Inn & Conference Center – Manhattan, Kansas

Registration Rates:

• General Registration: $200.00

• Student Rate: $75.00 (available for high school and college students)

• Pre-Conference Options: Additional $25.00 each

A $30.00 fee will be charged for any returned check.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Full Refund Deadline: Cancel by February 1, 2026 to receive a full refund, minus a $15 processing fee.

• No Refunds After: February 1, 2026.

• To Cancel/Modify: Send a written request to wgf@kswheat.com.

Note:
Women Grow the Farm may cancel or postpone the program due to insufficient enrollment or unforeseen circumstances. If canceled, registration fees will be refunded. Fees will not be refunded if the program is held but the registrant cannot attend and has not canceled by the deadline.

Publicity Statement

By registering, you consent to being included on the participant list unless you notify the registration office in writing before the start date. Email wgf@kswheat.com to opt out.
